FREE SHIPPING:

Free shipping offered only for on-line purchases over $100.00 within the continental United States via the least expensive method, usually the United States Postal Service. Specifically, free shipping is NOT offered to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada. UPS and USPS services are available for these choices. Additionally certain products are not eligible for free shipping. These products will be noted on the product page.

Expedited shipping options are available during checkout and are at the customers expense. No credit is offered for the value of the free shipping towards any expedited shipping choice.

Currently listed prices on the site are for internet purchases only. Phone and fax orders will be charged at the manufacturers suggested retail price.

DISCOUNTS:

All current store prices now reflect a discount of 10% from our regular pricing with the exception of vendors that do not allow discounts. Additionally, savings of 15% are available on our Special Savings items. Prices good till further notice.

SALES TAX:

A 7.75% sales tax rate applies to orders shipped to California only.

MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY:

Runnersgear.com offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase. The only exceptions are for strollers. Please click on the following link for specific stroller return details.

Stroller Information

Returns made after 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returned items must be in new, re-sellable condition with the original packaging and instruction literature returned as well. Returned items should be carefully packaged to prevent shipping damage. Failure to do so will result in a 15% restocking fee.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing exchanges or refunds. You can count on Runnersgear.com to do all we can to make sure you're 100% satisfied each time you order.

With the exception of shipping errors, refunds or credits are not issued for shipping charges unless the item is deemed defective.

No other warranty, written or implied exists. Manufacturer's warranty claims must be addressed to the manufacturers.

Product returns are handled differently based on the three classifications listed below.

Defective Returns:

You must email or call us at 888-254-0996 prior to returning the item, as some items need to be returned directly to the manufacturer. Shipping charges will be refunded once the item has been verified as defective.

Currently, sales over $100 receive free shipping. If item(s) are returned and the adjusted total for the sale is now lower than $100, the original shipping amount will be charged against the returned item(s) credit.
