Core TrainingIt's all the rage but it's more than that. Core training is essential for long term, safe and enjoyable running or general exercise due to the benefit of having all the smaller muscles deep within your body support the larger external muscle groups. It's also great to help prevent falls in the elderly. Before beginning any exercise program whether for weight loss, casual running, jogging, physical fitness, cross country, speed training or marathon training, we highly recommend you consult with your physician to prevent running or sports injuries and to learn injury prevention tips.
