General Stroller Information:

When you place an order for a stroller it is our policy to charge your card and then submit the order with the manufacturer to insure your order will be "in line" as early as possible. This will increase the likelihood you will receive one of the strollers the quickest way possible should the stroller happen to be out of stock at the time.

If the stroller you wish to purchase is currently out of stock, the expected arrival date (the date it arrives at the manufacturer) that appears on the stroller page you are interested in is the most current information we have at this time. In the past, out-of-stock arrivals have been both earlier and later than the expected date given to us by the manufacturer. Therefore, the arrival date does not necessarily guarantee the actual date of arrival.

Strollers that are in stock usually ship via FedEx or UPS ground within 24-48 hours of your order being placed with Runnersgear.com with the exception of InSTEP /Schwinn strollers which ship in 3-5 days. Runnersgear.com does not stock any strollers at our facility as they are shipped direct to you from the manufacturer's warehouse. A confirmation email will be sent to you, usually the day after your stroller ships. The email will include a tracking number so you may track your shipment.

Please do not place stroller orders shipping to P.O. boxes, FPO or APO addresses. Orders placed using these types of addresses will be cancelled and assessed a 5% processing fee, deducted from your refund amount, unless you can provide a physical USA address instead.

Stroller or accessory returns:

DO NOT send strollers or stroller accessories back to Runnersgear.com as they will not be accepted. Please contact us via email indicating the reason for the return. You will receive a return authorization number (RA#) and the ship-to address for the return.

Additionally, if you received Free Shipping from Runnersgear.com the cost of the initial shipping, which was paid for by Runnersgear.com, will be deducted from the refund for your stroller return.

Once again, DO NOT send the stroller or stroller accessory back to Runnersgear.com as it will not be accepted. Please contact us to receive a return authorization number (RA#) and the ship to address for your stroller return.

Order cancellation:

Should you wish to cancel your order, prior to it being shipped, we will gladly refund the full amount of your order. However, if the stroller has already shipped, all shipping and any restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.

If you have placed an out-of-stock stroller order:

If you placed an order for an out of stock stroller, we are unable to determine if you will receive one of the incoming strollers until we receive a shipping confirmation from the manufacturer indicating your order has shipped. We immediately forward this shipping confirmation email to you, which includes a tracking number for your convenience

Instep/Schwinn (Pacific Cycle):

  1. Returns are allowed for authorized warranty issues only. Please refer to the stroller and trailer manuals for further details.
  2. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization number.
  3. Returns must be boxed in the original Pacific Cycle packaging with the RA# clearly visible on the outside of the carton. Product must be protected from damage in the return shipping process.
  4. In most cases, returned products will be repaired by the Pacific Cycle staff and returned to you. Pacific Cycle reserves the right to determine which products are repaired and which are replaced with new products.
  5. Pacific Cycle reserves the right to deny the return of the stroller if it is not found to be defective. All fees associated with a non-defective returned stroller will be at the expense of the customer.

BOB Strollers:

  1. Returns are allowed for authorized warranty issues only. Please refer to the stroller and trailer manuals for further details.

  5. BOB reserves the right to deny the return of the stroller if it is not found to be defective. All fees associated with a non-defective returned stroller will be at the expense of the customer.

Dreamer Design:

Dreamer Design will, at its option, repair or replace defective parts upon delivery to their service center accompanied by proof of first purchase such as a sales receipt. Purchaser is liable for applicable duties and/or customs charges. The return charge will be at Dreamer Design's expense.

A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned strollers that are deemed not defective.

BabyJoggers:

  1. No product can be returned without a RA number and it is at the sole discretion of the BabyJogger Company to determine the method of repair/replacement of the stroller.
  2. Merchandise the BabyJogger Company authorizes for return that is a prior year model or season, will be processed at the price currently in effect.
  3. A 15% restocking charge will be applied to all current saleable merchandise retuned for credit unless the BabyJogger Company is found to be at fault.
  4. All requests for the return of merchandise must be made within 30 days of your receipt. Shipping costs are not refundable.
